We are committed to handling your data with care. We only collect information we genuinely need, we never sell it, and we give you full control to access or delete it at any time.

What we collect

We collect the minimum personal information necessary to operate our business:

• Identity & contact details: name, email, phone, billing/delivery address
• Order information: products purchased, payment method, order history
• Communications: emails, enquiry forms, consultation notes
• Website use: pages visited, time on site, device type (via cookies)

We do not collect payment card details — all payments are handled by Shopify Payments and Stripe, both PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

How we use it

We use your information to:

Data security

Retention

We retain order records for seven years to comply with Australian tax law. Marketing data is retained while you remain subscribed; once you unsubscribe, we keep only a record of your opt-out. Consultation notes are retained for two years after your last interaction unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
