The beginning
From humble beginnings.
Culét started with Scott Rushton. Years at the workbench — learning the craft, then refining it — turned him into one of Australasia's most-respected jewellery designers.
In 2008 Scott joined forces with designer Dane Rumble and the Culét brand was launched. The early years built a name for distinct, design-led fashion jewellery. The years that followed brought them back to their first love: high-end custom diamond commissions, made one at a time.
Our focus
Two studios. One bench-led approach.
Culét runs design studios and production houses on both sides of the Tasman — one in New Zealand, one in Australia. Clients meet a designer in person, or by video, to talk through a brief, see the diamonds, and sketch the piece.
Every commission is handled personally, start to finish. Pricing stays competitive without cutting corners. Delivery is nationwide.
Our diamonds
Hand-selected. Always certified.
We don't sell the cert. We sell the stone. Every diamond we recommend has been inspected in person — checking light return, fire, and the inclusions paper grades don't always capture.
Natural or lab-grown, both are real diamonds and both have a place in our work. We'll show you both, side by side, and help you choose the one that fits your budget and what matters to you.

Every piece is hand-finished by a jeweller before it leaves the workshop — settings checked, stones secured, surfaces polished.

Most Culét pieces are made to order. Custom commissions are the norm, not the exception — sketched with you, made for you.
