Can I purchase a loose diamond?

Absolutely. You can purchase a loose diamond on its own, or secure the stone first and then design the ring around it later. You can purchase directly through our online diamond store here:

We’ll provide the certificate (IGI/GIA where applicable) plus high resolution images and a 360 video of the exact diamond so you can review it properly before you commit. If you share your preferred shape, carat range, colour/clarity, and budget, we’ll shortlist the best options and talk you through the differences.

Can i view a diamond before purchasing

In most cases, our diamonds are held with trusted international suppliers, so in-person viewing is not always possible. If an in-person viewing is not available, we will provide the IGI certificate plus high resolution images and a 360 video so you can review the exact stone before you commit. If you’d like us to confirm viewing options for a specific diamond, get in touch and we’ll advise what’s possible.

Will my diamond be laser inscribed

Yes. Every diamond we sell at Culet jewellery has a laser inscribed verification number unless stated otherwise.

Do you sell coloured diamonds and other gemstones

Yes. We can source coloured diamonds (natural or lab grown) and a wide range of gemstones for bespoke pieces. Share what you’re looking for (stone type, colour, size, budget and timeline) and we’ll come back with options and pricing.

Can i design my own ring

Yes. We specialise in bespoke design. You can start with inspiration images or a rough idea, and we’ll guide you through diamond selection, design, CAD and production. If you’re not sure where to begin, book an online concierge chat and we’ll map out the best options.

Do you offer ring sizing

Yes. We can help you confirm the right size before ordering, and we also offer resizing on eligible designs. If you’re unsure of your size, we can provide a sizing guide and help you choose the best option for your ring style.

Do you buy diamonds jewellery

Sometimes, depending on the piece and condition. If you have a diamond or jewellery item you’d like to sell, send a few photos plus any certificates/receipts and we’ll advise next steps.

Shipments

How long does shipping take?

Ready to wear pieces ship quickly once confirmed and packed. Made to order and bespoke pieces have a production timeframe first, then we ship as soon as your piece is ready. usually 2-3 weeks - If you tell us what you’re ordering and your postcode, we can confirm an approximate ETA.

Do you ship Australia wide and internationally?

Yes. We ship Australia wide and internationally. If you’re outside Australia, message us your delivery location and we’ll confirm the shipping options and timing.

Is shipping insured and trackable?

.What happens if my parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?

If there’s any delay or issue in transit, contact us straight away with your order details. We’ll lodge the enquiry with the courier, keep you updated, and make it right in line with the shipping provider’s process and the level of cover on the shipment.

Ready-to-wear jewellery may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided it is returned unworn and in its original condition, subject to inspection. To arrange an exchange, please contact us on 0404 682 641

Return shipping via Platinum Express Post is at the customer's expense.
