Every Culét ring includes one complimentary resize so we can dial in your finished fit. Fingers change over the years — pregnancy, weather, age — so subsequent resizes are available any time at a transparent service fee that covers our jeweller's time and any additional metal.

Getting an engagement ring sized perfectly on the first try is rare — particularly when a ring is a surprise. Every Culét ring comes with one complimentary resize so the finished fit is exactly right.
One complimentary resize
Up to two full sizes up or down on most ring styles. Use it whenever you need to — at proposal, after the fitting, or weeks later.
No time limit
Your complimentary resize doesn't expire. We'd rather you wait and be certain than rush a fitting.
Inspected on return
Every resize includes a free claw and structure check, a professional clean, and (where applicable) rhodium re-polish so the ring comes back ready to wear.
Done by our jewellers
Resizes are completed in-house by the same bench that made your ring — never outsourced. Warranty stays intact.
Subsequent resizes.
Hands change over a lifetime — and rings should keep fitting. If you need another resize down the track, we're always here to do it. Each additional resize is charged at a transparent service fee that covers our jeweller's time and any additional metal required. We'll provide a quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
As a guide, simple resizes on plain bands are modest. Pavé, eternity, and intricate settings cost more because more work is involved — we'll always give you the figure up front.
Rings we can't resize
Some ring constructions can't be resized without compromising structural integrity. Where this applies, we'll always tell you up front — and offer alternatives like sizing beads or a remake.
- Full eternity bands (stones set around the entire band)
- Tension-set rings
- Certain heavily pavé-set or channel-set designs
- Rings already resized to their structural limit
- Pieces made by another jeweller (we can quote, but they fall outside our complimentary resize)
What's not covered
In the spirit of being upfront — here's the short list of things we can repair, but not for free:
- Loss or theft (your insurance covers this)
- Damage from chlorine, harsh chemicals, or impact
- Stones lost due to physical trauma (e.g. catching the ring on something)
- Major redesigns or modifications you ask us to make
- Work done on the piece by another jeweller (voids the warranty for that area)

Get in touch
Email us with your current size, target size, and a few clear photos of the ring. We'll confirm whether your ring is suitable for resizing and quote any fee before you post.
Post or drop off
Bring the ring to our Sydney studio, or post it to us — a $40 AUD return shipping deposit applies on posted items ($200 AUD international), refunded if no fee applies to your resize.
Resized, cleaned, returned
Most resizes take 7–14 business days. Returned by insured express in original packaging, with a complimentary clean and claw check.
